Andrew practiced for several years at two global law firms before founding his own firm. During that time, he represented companies large and small at some of the highest levels of commercial transactions and corporate litigation.  Having accumulated a wealth of experience, he brings a broad legal repertoire to his firm. He has participated in structuring, negotiating and closing real estate and corporate deals across the country, totaling hundreds of millions of dollars in cumulative investment. As a litigator, Andrew has represented Fortune 100 companies in all stages of litigation. He has represented public and private companies in various economic sectors, including: private equity, banking and finance, retail, real estate, oil and gas, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, insurance and government agencies. He aims to offer each client the same quality of representation received from a large firm with the agility and personal focus only a boutique operation can provide.

  • Construction loan for multi-family low-income housing project
    Represented lender in connection with the $28 million financing of  project involving the rehabilitation of multi-family residential developments in Hayward, California, using federal low-income housing tax credits and tax-exempt bond financing.

  • Office/R&D portfolio acquisition
    Represented private equity firm in connection with the purchase and financing of a $78 million office complex in Silicon Valley.

    Represented owner in connection with the sale of a $43 million retail shopping mall located in Omaha.

  • Construction loan 
    Represented national bank in connection with $40 million construction loan.

  • REIT Financing
    Represented lender in connection with $175 million term loan and $50 million line of credit for Maryland real estate investment trust.


  • Represented Sacramento commercial tenant in lease litigation.

  • Represented commercial landlord in unlawful detainer and related civil litigation.

  • Represented policyholder in title insurance litigation.

  • Defended Wall Street broker-dealer in bankruptcy litigation.

  • Represented local law enforcement agency in federal civil rights investigation conducted by U.S. Attorney’s Office and FBI.

  • Defended global petroleum company in international toxic tort litigation.

  • Litigated Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act claims on behalf of multinational corporation.

  • Represented national health and fitness company in antitrust lawsuit.

  • Conducted internal investigation for global retail company regarding compliance and best practices under Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).

  • Defended national credit reporting agency in multiple lawsuits concerning the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

To that end, Andrew maintains an active pro bono practice, donating his services to a number of non-profit and charitable organizations. He also serves as a court-appointed special advocate for foster youth.
